From Monday 3rd June 2019, all payments to Boston Spa Academy will be made using ParentPay which is our secure online payment system.

What is ParentPay?
ParentPay allows you to pay for items such as school meals, trips, events etc.

How do I use ParentPay?
You will have a secure online account, which is activated using a unique activation username and password sent to you by the Academy (If you haven’t received any, contact us (see footer) and request ParentPay login details).

To activate your account please login to Once you activate your account, you will be prompted to create your own username and password which you must keep safe for future use.

Once logged in you can make online payments towards school meals straight away ready for our cashless catering ‘go live’ date of Monday 3rd June 2019.

ParentPay holds an electronic record of all your payments, and balances to view at any time.

Do you have Two or more children?
If you have two or more children at the academy, you only need to activate one account as your ‘main account’ and then add your other children – View the User Guide below for a step-by-step walk-through.
